Royal Court Care Home is uniquely located close to the seaside, providing residents with access to the local community and coastal environment. This setting enables regular opportunities for residents to enjoy fresh air, seaside walks, and visits to nearby amenities, supporting both physical wellbeing and social inclusion.
Facilities & Services
We place a strong emphasis on meaningful engagement and person-centred activities throughout the day. Residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of structured and informal activities tailored to their interests and abilities. These include sing-along sessions, community outings, bingo, arts and crafts, and animal or pet-therapy visits, among many others. Our activity programme is designed to promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and cognitive stimulation.
Royal Court offers a comfortable and homely environment with 16 resident rooms, providing a small and personalised setting where staff can deliver attentive and individualised care. Two rooms are located on the first floor and are accessible via a stairlift to ensure safe access.
The home benefits from several communal areas designed to support both social engagement and quiet relaxation. These include a welcoming lounge, a designated dining area, and a conservatory/summer room which provides direct access to the outdoor decking space. Residents and their families also have access to a quiet lounge area, offering a private and comfortable space for visits.
Facilities within the home include four accessible toilets and two shower rooms, supporting residents’ personal care needs in a safe and practical environment.
