Description
College View is a long established care home set in delightful gardens located in a prime location with easy access to town centre, parks and recreation centres such as cinema, and the Auditorium.
Facilities & Services
You can relax in one of the two spacious lounges which have views of the garden. There is a large dining room and hallway. The garden is easily accessed through French doors. There is ample seating outside on a large decked area. We have shared and single rooms with most being en-suite.
The residents are encouraged to pursue any hobbies they wish to carry on with, we have a weekly activities plan which includes arts and crafts, jewellery making, baking etc. and transport is provided for any shopping trips or other social outings or events. We have visits from Move it Mobility and Timecare Reminiscence as well as musicians and singers.
We could not cater for motorised wheelchairs but we provide a passenger lift to the first floor, ramps allowing easy access into and out of the building and specialised bathing facilities.
